The Abrams family animal farm is a favorite stop for families (mine included) while visiting Block Island. Working with Seth Draper who manages the farm that his grandfather started, we collaborated to create a barn to house a variety of animal species (including birds, monkeys, and Alpaca) as well as for public use.
One of my favorite new construction projects to date, the boat sales office and second floor residence at Ocean Avenue Marina combined elements of the existing marine repair facility structure on the marina property, as well as traditional New England style with a contemporary retail space.

As part of an overall renovation, the owners of the 1661 wanted to reconfigure the space in their dining room, where their very popular brunch is served.
